06/25/2007:
The version 1.1 tool documents have been posted to the Documents page. You can now get whole packets in one document by downloading the Combined PDFs. These tools are to be used starting July 17th, 2007. The SPECS are not yet available.

05/15/2007:
Welcome to the new OACCA-ODP server! The OACCA ODP has been relocated to a new computer server. You may notice some new security and/or certificate errors. This is expected during a server move. You may see these notices for 3-5 days further. If you receive a certificate error and you have the option to "accept certificate forever", please do so.

05/10/2007:
Added the ODP Brochure to this page, as well as the Documents page.

05/01/2007:
The FAQ has been updated (questions 18-26 added).

02/26/2007:
The documents page now requires registration to access. ODP member agencies may use their existing ODP usernames and passwords to access. Otherwise, you must register in order for the ODP to gage interest in the project.

02/20/2007:
Data Export is now working in an EXPERIEMENTAL state. Feel free to generate export files and look at them. But do not use this data for any production purposes until it is sure the bugs have been worked out. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

The Follow Up Summary tool is now working for file import.

01/03/2007:
The Ohio Scales File Import functionality is now working. The rest of the file import programs should be working by the end of January.

12/31/2006:
THE DUMMY DATA DATA INPUT PERIOD IS ENDED. If you have any questions or problems, please contact Jim Burkett. As of now, the system is V1.00, ready for LIVE data. Happy New Year everyone!

12/22/2006:
As of today, ALL of the tools have been updated with the new error checking.

12/21/2006:
More error checking, as well as detection of blank and 'NO ANSWER' fields is being added to tools. As of today, the Discharge Summary, Education Summary, and Follow Up Summary all include this. If you have existing tools with data in any of these, please go back and edit them. You don't have to change anything, simply hit the submit button at the bottom of each tool record so the system can re-analyze them. More tools will be added in the coming days.

12/12/2006:
The Web Based Scrub Utility (WBSU) is now on-line. This utility is to be used to clean identifying information from Ohio Scales ODMH export files and produce a file for use with ODP. The Ohio Scales file import funcionality itself is not yet completed, however. Also, the ODP Ohio Scales Guidelines have been posted in the documentation section for those agencies wishing to create their own ODP compliant Ohio Scales import files.

12/08/2006:
The V1.00 documents are now posted and the system is ready for our pilot agencies to begin entering their 5 'test' cases!
Please visit our documentation page and download all the latest tools and documents. Please replace ALL existing pre-V1.00 tools and documents with these!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT TO AVOID CONFUSION!
The web-based data input forms are ready, but at this time the Ohio Scales file import, or any other file-import is not. These are expected soon, so hold tight. In addition, the forth-coming Web Based Scrub Utility for ODMH Ohio Scales files is not ready, but also is expected soon.
